NAACP is taking responsibility for developing a new generation of leaders. The NAACP Leadership 500 Summit provides an opportunity to expose this new generation to leaders from diverse backgrounds and capacities. Participants can learn from the leaders' successes and failures, their inspiration and their perseverance to craft strategies for their own leadership destiny.
