Founded in 1994, LOLA is the first national bilingual bicultural organization dedicated to raising awareness on liver disease through informational materials, prevention and education community outreach programs, treatment and referral services, support groups, quarterly newsletters, HCV Prison Educational Presentations and HCV Public Education Campaigns to the Latino and American communities and other underserved populations who suffer from liver disease in the United States.

LOLA also provides bilingual information on liver transplantation and encourages organ and tissue donation.

The walk will go from Battery Park to City Hall Park.

The Campaign wants videos from people ages 16-25 responding to the question:


"What are you and your generation doing for civil rights today?"
