 ACS’s Milwaukee Lawyer Chapter presents “Potential Voting Rights Issues in the 2008 Election” featuring Jenigh Garrett, Assistant Counsel, NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc.; Kathy Nickolaus, Waukesha County Clerk; Daniel P. Tokaji, Associate Director, Election Law @ Moritz, Associate Professor of Law, Michael E. Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and moderated by Louise Petering, President, League of Women Voters of Milwaukee County. The event will take place on Monday, October 6th, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., 1000 North Water Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend this event.
