Rachel Schumacher, senior fellow for the CLASP Child Care and Early Education team, will present during a session on state policies at ZERO TO THREE's National Training Institute in Dallas, Texas, on December 4 at 9:30am. The session will explore lessons learned from policy strategies that states are using to build supply of child care meeting high quality standards.
