Elizabeth Hoffmann, a policy analyst for the CLASP Child Care and Early Education team, will present during a session at ZERO TO THREE's National Training Institute in Dallas, Texas, on December 4 at 3:45pm. Many infants and toddlers spend significant time with nonparental caregivers, including family, friends and neighbors, while parents work, or in kinship care when their parents cannot raise them. The session will share perspectives on and solicit feedback regarding opportunities and bariers to using home visiting models with non-parental caregivers.
