In conjunction with the U.S. Human Rights Network, the Campaign has released its "shadow report" on the United States' role in upholding the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD). The Campaign's report points out that the gradual dismantling of civil rights laws by the Supreme Court has led to significant violations of the treaty. See our recent press release about the Campaign's presence in Geneva at the U.N.'s review of U.S. compliance with the CERD.
