The National Campaign to Restore Civil Rights, together with the National Litigation Project at Yale Law School, filed an amicus brief on behalf of civil rights organizations in Iqbal v. Ashcroft, currently before the Supreme Court.  The Campaign was joined by over 30 civil rights organizations from across the country. To read the brief, click here.
