Who sits on the Supreme Court, the highest court in our country, dramatically affects the future for all Americans. We should be able to know where a judge stands on protecting our most fundamental rights and freedoms, including civil rights. Each nominee needs to be forthcoming about where he or she really stands on the important issues that regularly come before the Supreme Court.
